Summary
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager - Canada, the Retail Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department.
Responsibilities
· Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the manager
· Delegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper execution
· Foster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processes
· Ensure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the manager
