Retail Floor Associate – Customer Service & Inventory

Rakanda is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant in Semenyih to assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

This full-time position offers a salary ranging from RM1,700 to RM2,100 and includes benefits such as EPF, Socso, medical claims, and maternity/paternity leaves. Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work shifts.
