Job Description

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Retail Operations to shape the commercial performance of a £650m operation spanning 800+ stores. The role offers hybrid working, with attendance at a Nuneaton office for at least 2 days a week and occasional travel to stores.

You will lead revenue and cost forecasting, build robust financial models, present budgets to senior stakeholders, and support automation and AI-led transformation within Retail Finance.
