Retail Deployment Specialist – SAP, POS Rollout

Responsibilities

• Deliver major technology rollouts across store network, starting with SAP implementation and followed by national POS deployment
• Support stores through every phase of deployment, including readiness, training, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Partner closely with store owners, operational teams, programme partners, and support teams to deliver smooth system transitions
• Thrive in fast‑paced, live retail environments and confidently lead stores through change
• Provide hands‑on support across training, coaching, and operational setup activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during deployment and go‑live activity
• Ensure store teams feel supported, capable, and confident throughout the deployment journey
