Responsibilities

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attend to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintain a well-presented environment which customers love to be a part of.
• Be a team player – collaboration is key to improving customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions with the utmost care and accuracy.
• Follow the Think 25 policy and adhere to age verification processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
