  1. Key Account Growth:
    Manage and expand relationships with major operator, retail chain, and online platform partners. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. Sales & Retail Execution:
    Drive sell-in and sell-out performance. Plan and implement in-store promotions, merchandising, and pricing strategies to boost brand share.
  3. Cross-functional Leadership:
    Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to launch new products, run campaigns, and ensure smooth order-to-payment operations.

Qualifications

  1. Experience:
    Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of key account management experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or FMCG. Existing channel network is a plus.
  2. Commercial Skills:
    Excellent negotiation and client management abilities. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for business reviews.
