Daily responsibilities include engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable product options, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, monitoring market trends, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with store and marketing teams to optimize retail performance. The individual in this role will track sales targets, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and store operations.
