Role: Retail Business Control Senior Officer

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose: Overseeing and ensuring the effective governance and compliance of retail banking operations in the areas of Liabilities, Alternative Channels, Digital innovation and Wealth Management. This role ensures that the designated Retail units adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management frameworks while supporting the achievement of business goals. The officer will monitor, assess and implement controls to mitigate operational risks, identify areas of improvement and maintain a strong culture of compliance and operational efficiency.
