Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 (OTE 34,120) per annum pro rata. Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance. Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.
