JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions
- Replenish shelves and maintain store cleanliness and visual displays
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints appropriately
- Ensure all store areas are neat, clean, and organized at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
