JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions
  • Replenish shelves and maintain store cleanliness and visual displays
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints appropriately
  • Ensure all store areas are neat, clean, and organized at all times
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
