Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service during the checkout process.
- Ensure a positive and satisfying customer shopping experience.
- Operate in full alignment with company standards and policies.
- Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
- Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and address issues when necessary.
- Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
- Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
- Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
