Be the first call after disaster—and the reason everything gets back on track.
We’re looking for a who can own the project from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. At the same time, you’ll represent the insurance company's interests by documenting damage, communicating clearly, and pushing the job forward through every department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact with the homeowner after a disaster (fire, flood, etc.)



  • Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters and company partners



  • Complete site documentation (e.g., photos, R24, Docusketch) and submit files to internal departments



  • Send scope information and job details to the Estimating Department



  • Ensure smooth hand-offs to mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams
