Position: Project Coordinator


Reports to: Operations Manager

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple restoration jobs

  • Serve as primary point of contact with insurance adjusters and customers

  • Provide timely project status updates 

  • Maintain project work schedules and files

  • Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys
