Role Overview
As a Restaurant Supervisor for BV Cuisine Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing daily shift operations, maintaining impeccable service standards, and driving team performance on the restaurant floor. You will act as a hands-on leader, ensuring that food quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency consistently meet the premium standards of our brand. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead, coach, and inspire the branch team.
