Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations and provides direct supervision to staff and trainees. This role is ideal for individuals with hospitality experience who are passionate about teamwork, leadership, and newcomer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house and/or kitchen staff during shifts
- Support training and onboarding of refugee newcomer employees
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and problem-solving
- Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and workplace policies
- Act as a liaison between staff and management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory: Lived experience as a refugee
- Experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role
