Responsibilities

• Ensures customer orders come out simultaneously in high quality & within service time
• Always address and treat customers with utmost respect and wholehearted service; zero customer complaint
• Ensures completeness & good condition of:
• Small/Large wares
• Utensils & equipment at all times
• Ensures proper reporting to the Superior immediately
• Ensuring the food will arrive to the guest in good and pleasing condition
• Ensures customer orders come out simultaneously in high quality & within service time
• Make sure the food that came out from the kitchen is in good condition, complete, and appetizing before giving it to the server
• Prepares food items within standard based on QRG released only by RnD
• Suggestive selling and must be evident; ensure that all are knowledgeable about the product and existing promo using the Service Audit Report
