Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure consistency and maintain budgetary goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
- POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
- Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
