Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality and highest standard of cleanliness throughout the store
• Manage inventory for monthly reporting, forecast supplies, and track sales data
• Coordinate with the General Services Department regarding equipment, furniture, and fixtures
• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores
• Monitor staff attendance, man-hours, and overall performance
• Analyze performance metrics to support store goals
• Support operational targets and profitability alongside the team and Area Manager
