Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by fostering a strong team environment and maintaining high associate morale.
Supervise prompt and courteous service of all restaurant and room service orders.
Ensure all guest interactions reflect a positive image and that guest areas are clean and well maintained.
Remain on the floor throughout meal periods to monitor service quality and provide adequate support.
Assist with seating, serving, and communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure only high-quality food and beverage products are served.
