  • Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by fostering a strong team environment and maintaining high associate morale.

  • Supervise prompt and courteous service of all restaurant and room service orders.

  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect a positive image and that guest areas are clean and well maintained.

  • Remain on the floor throughout meal periods to monitor service quality and provide adequate support.

  • Assist with seating, serving, and communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure only high-quality food and beverage products are served.
