Your Role:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations (front and back of house).
• Ensure proper dining setup and table arrangement according to standards.
• Oversee service flow during peak hours.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
• Train, guide, and evaluate service and kitchen staff.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and coordination with management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in hot pot restaurant or similar dining concept is highly preferred.
