Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and floor activities
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
  • Train, coach, and motivate service staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock management
  • Prepare daily reports and support administrative tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant at all times
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role
