Greeting Guests: Welcome customers professionally with a positive attitude as they enter the outlet. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and assist them with menu knowledge (ingredients, combos, and specials). Billing & POS: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash or card payments accurately, and manage billing. Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest queries, accommodate special requests, and resolve minor complaints to ensure a great dining experience. Food Preparation & Service Food Assembly: Prepare and package food and beverages strictly according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Timely Serving: Serve dishes promptly and courteously to the guests.
