On behalf of one of its clients operating in the Food & Beverage sector, the French Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Restaurant & Retail Operations Manager (6-months contract).
This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong operational background in F&B, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the restaurant and retail outlet, lead a small multidisciplinary team, and work closely with senior stakeholders based in Europe to drive operational excellence and business performance.
