Job Description

We are looking for an active, organized, and engaged restaurant shift manager - a key role in overseeing operations at our two restaurants in Sodankylä, Lapland.

The position covers two locations: Hotel Karhu and Hotel Sodankylä. Each location includes breakfast services, buffet/carte dining, event spaces, conference rooms, and meeting facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisor in daily management of the restaurants.
  • Take over responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence, including ordering supplies and inventory tracking.
  • Manage recipes and set menu pricing to maintain quality and profitability.
  • Ensure general cleanliness, order, and adherence to Peerâ Perkele standards.
  • Support shift planning and coordinate staff schedules.
