Tasks

We are looking for an Onboarding & Account Manager to support our Expansion Manager based in Zurich:

• Onboard tens of new restaurant partners
• Teach the Future Kitchens System to new restaurant partners (on premise during service hours)
• Manage relationships with a portfolio of partner restaurants
• Upsell additional brands into your portfolio
• Quality assurance of partners / manage Mystery Guest program
• Maintain Partner Satisfaction
