Job Overview

ISS Cleaning and Multi-Services unit provides cleaning, catering, and multi‑service solutions across Finland. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to start in October for a new café and lunch restaurant concept located in Turku, Kupittaa area.

The role is permanent, full‑time, and will begin operations in October 2026, with a desired start date of September 14 or earlier. Flexibility in working hours, including occasional work from Monday to Sunday, is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the café and lunch restaurant operations, including chefs and catering staff.
• Ensure business goals are met and quality and customer experience promises are fulfilled.
• Manage fast‑paced daily operations, inventory, and self‑monitoring.
• Report directly to the regional manager.
