Restaurant Manager — Key Responsibilities (reporting to General Manager)

• Be fully accountable for opening and closing the restaurant on time, following all set procedures.
• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient shift running.
• Manage staff scheduling and oversee on-shift guest service standards.
• Be accountable for daily sales, cash handling, and safe keeping of all cash and payment records.
• Execute ordering and inventory control as per SOP guidelines, maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Oversee venue housekeeping and workplace safety compliance.
• Maintain operational consistency, enabling the General Manager to focus on higher-level priorities.
