RESTAURANT MANAGER

Denobase is looking for a hard working, responsible industrious restaurant manager for our new branch called the clan at Roimen, Matasia, opposite Maridady Gardens.  As a boutique Bar & Restaurant we serve cocktails, fine Italian wine, pizzas, gourmet burgers, club sandwiches and side dishes such as chicken wings, mshikakis, tacos and grills.  The restaurant manager role has the following responsibilities 1. Ensure operating times are strictly adhered to. 1.a. Staff report at 9am and clean the restaurant daily. 1.b. Doors open at 10am sharp daily.  1.c. Daily Stock Take is done with a Stock Report produced in Zoho Inventory.  1.d. Daily Sales is tallied in Loyverse and Cash Sales are Banked or Petty Cash Uplifted in Zoho Books 2. Book-keeping 2.a. Ensure all Sales are recorded in our Loyverse POS System 2.b. Properly include Credit Sales under the right Customer 2.c.
