  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Conduct performance evaluation to staffs
  • Prepare reports on sales, operations, and financial performance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
  • Implement business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability of the branch
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field is a plus
  • Proven track of records as a Branch Manager or in any leadership role within the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
