Salary: Up to $4,000 + OT
Working hours: 9hr/12hr Daily (4 Days off/Mth)
Location: Pasir Ris/Tanjong Pagar
Jobscope:
- Oversee daily restaurant activities opening, service, and closing procedures
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained
- Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff
- Manage budgets, control costs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track daily sales, expenses and profits
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management or owners
