Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction. Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training. Ensure effective communication between front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant ambience. Assist with group bookings, functions, and special events. Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally. Monitor service standards and ensure a positive customer experience. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 qualification. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a floor management or similar leadership role within a restaurant environment.
