REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years experience in a management position.

Micros system experience is essential.

Grade 12 (matric) required.

Hospitality qualification (degree/diploma) advantageous.

Computer literate.

Well-spoken, presentable and professional.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Polite, friendly personality with a strong, confident approach.

Ability to think on your feet and handle pressure effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the full service operation of the restaurant

Oversee and lead all restaurant staff

Conduct daily briefings and handovers.

Staff rostering and scheduling.

Build and maintain strong guest relationships.

Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Achieve and maintain restaurant targets and standards.

Conduct monthly stock takes and manage controls.
