Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent food and service quality in accordance with brand standards.
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with ownership on promotions, business development, and service improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff; develop work schedules and monitor performance.
