- DAE / Diploma in Hotel Management or Food Services is preferred.
- Minimum 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Branch Manager in a reputable fast-food or dine-in hospitality setup.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and basic MS Excel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Train, supervise, and motivate floor staff, cashiers, and kitchen team.
