Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the IFC outlet
Lead, train, and motivate the team
Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
Drive sales and manage P&L
Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control
Maintain hygiene, quality, and brand consistency
Manage peak-hour operations and resolve issues efficiently
