€40,000–€44,000 per annum + tips + subsidised accommodation
FBS Recruitment is partnering with one of Ireland's most celebrated luxury properties to find an exceptional Restaurant Manager.
About the Hotel
Our client is a small, family-owned 21-bedroom luxury hotel set in the dramatic landscape of the Burren in the West of Ireland. The fine dining restaurant operates five nights a week alongside a casual menu two nights a week, seating a maximum of 42 covers (typically 30–34 nightly). The bar serves light lunches, Afternoon Tea (Thursday to Sunday) and daily breakfast for residents.
