We are looking for a service-oriented Restaurant Manager whose goal is to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience that lives up to Peninsula standard.
Key accountabilities
To run the operation and carrying out his/her daily activities. To supervise the staff assigned to him/her, according to local policies, procedures and hotel standards. Preparing of monthly schedules. Checking staff side duties and responsibilities. Responsible for securing that the area assigned to him/her is always safe and in clean condition. Responsible in solving problems and complaints made by the hotel guests, in soonest possible time to avoid further complaints.Ensures the service stations are properly staffed and equipped to render service to the guest.
