Responsibilities
We are looking to reinforce our team with a:

• Ensure the management of restaurant floor service and sitting arrangements;
• Welcome, host, and escort guests to their tables, providing personalized and excellent service;
• Coordinate and guide the team in daily tasks, motivating them toward excellence in service and guest satisfaction;
• Attend to and respond to guest requests, providing information whenever necessary;
• Provide detailed information about the hotel and available services;
• Manage special requests, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring proper follow-up with a focus on maximizing service standards;
