As a Café / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting with our Chefs to plan menus.
  • Organisation and planning of events and special functions.
  • Overseeing the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Ensuring our venues’ premium dining facilities comply with all health regulations and deliver an exquisite dining experience for our guests.
  • Maximise client satisfaction with meals, beverages and service.
  • Selecting, training, and supervising team members in our kitchen and wait staff.
  • Engaging with customers regarding concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
