Restaurant Hostess

Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Hostess to join the One&Only team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, the Restaurant Hostess will be an integral part of the resort’s success, working closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to ensure One&Only service standards exceed the guest experience. The role includes assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain resort standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assigning guests to preferred tables while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
