Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising floor service during daily operations
  • Ensuring alma beach service standards are consistently applied across all sections
  • Acting as a key point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with discretion
  • Supporting, guiding and motivating waiters and assistant waiters
  • Managing table assignments, guest flow and service timing.
