Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience:

  • Create a memorable dining experience by anticipating guests’ needs and delivering a seamless, attentive service.

  • Guide guests through the menu, sharing insights on the seasonal, plant-forward dishes and zero-waste philosophy.

  • Handle special requests with flexibility and warmth, ensuring each dining experience is unique and personalized.

  • Facilitate a great guest experience by organizing the daytime poolside operations and room service

• Team Leadership:

  • Train and mentor servers on 5 star service standards, menu knowledge, and eco-conscious practices to maintain a cohesive, well-prepared team.
