  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
  • Respond to customer complaints.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Set and monitor staff work schedules and performance.
  • Train and supervise staff. The candidate should be customer service oriented.
