Restaurant Assistant Manager – Indian Masala Bar & Grill

Location: 4-1257 Commercial Way, Squamish, BC V8B 0R5. Work location: On site. Starts as soon as possible.

Salary: 36.60 hourly / 32 hours per week.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time. Available shifts: Evening, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory
