Responsible Supervisor

Position: Permanent, full‑time Responsible Supervisor at a group home in Kotka.

Responsibilities

• Close cooperation with the unit manager according to service needs.
• Lead and support a diverse work team.
• Participate in and organize daily tasks at the group home.
• Support own supervisors and perform other tasks based on your skills and strengths.
• Report to the unit manager.
• Support the smooth daily operation of the group home as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in social services or nursing (AMK).
• Independent, flexible, development‑oriented work approach.
• Open communication, teamwork skills, positive attitude.
• Experience in supervisory work.
• Experience working in a group home or reception centre (advantage).
• Valid Valvira registration.
