JOB SUMMARY


The Outlet Manager oversees all front-of-house operations for the Café/Bar Lounge and Banquet department. This role is hands-on and operationally focused, ensuring flawless execution of events while managing the day-to-day performance, profitability and experience within the café space.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and supervise the Café/Bar Lounge and Banquet teams on a daily basis;

  • Manage staff scheduling based on business levels and operational needs;

  • Oversee the execution of all banquet events, ensuring alignment with BEOs and service standards;

  • Be present on the floor during service and events, supporting the team during peak periods;

  • Monitor and control inventory levels for food and beverage, including ordering and supplier coordination;

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., Epicuria and other suppliers
