- End-to-end responsibility for global IT operations, including Service Desk, platforms, physical infrastructure and end-user experience
- Ensuring stable, secure and high-performing IT services across all location
- Leading and developing a distributed IT Operations organization, including multiple team leads
- Managing the global service model (L1–L3) and continuous service improvement
- Owning business‑critical platforms such as Azure, AWS, digital workplace, identity management and connectivity
- Driving security and compliance operations (e.g. vulnerability management, incident response)
- Managing external partners, service providers and licensing models incl. FinOps
- Owning IT Operations budget, KPIs and performance transparency towards senior leadership
