Resourcing Supervisor

About the role

Ventia’s contract with the Department of Justice are seeking a self-assured, motivated and decisive Resourcing Supervisor to achieve results through its people.  Whilst this role is based at our busy Control Centre in Canning Vale, regular travel is required to metropolitan & remote locations, within your areas of responsibility.

By managing the availability of and allocating the internal workforce and equipment provision, this role is critical in the success of our team to deliver in accordance with contractual requirements.

Reporting directly into the Director – Workforce Planning, you are adept at managing staffing against constantly changing demands to ensure the day-to-day activities operate smoothly and with minimal disruptions.
