Resources Pool Registered Nurse

Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care at San Francisco VA Health Care System. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age specific components. The RN will assume responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Responsibilities **This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until July 15, 2026. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be July 7, 2026 with subsequent cut-off dates every 2 weeks.
